Regular houseflies manage to creep me out. If I lived there, I'd curl up in a corner and cry myself to sleep every night.

I had to turn of the monitor first otherwise I wasn't able to get through the first post. If it would just be sharks and crocodiles I wouldn't have had a problem with it, but those grasshoppers and those other insects.... Damn.... That's just sick.

Wasn't Australia originally a penal colony for Britain? I feel like the British explorers who found the place were just sadistic bastards who thought it'd be more enjoyable to watch a spider kill a prisoner than bad food and dingy cells.
