I was shocked too. That one shot gave me hope for his future.
Also the fact that Hakim Warrick looks like our best big and NOH pretty much gave us him for free shows the talent level of our big guys...
Lmao. I thought the same thing. I was like where the f did that come from.
It was a great looking move/ shot.
maybe they are working on that shot, and if he can add that to his game it will open things up a bit.
The game started w/ back to back scores from our bigs right? That was a great start. Also seemed that coach had them on strict instructions when Bis came in at the end of the 3rd that every pass go through him - that didn't seem to last very long but I kinda liked the concept as we were well out of it by then.
Heck, I was happy he didn't have a basket interference call this game - must have broken a five game streak. I was more enjoying my son being at his first game than paying much attention to the game itself though .... he didn't have an interference call and I missed it right?
I think the first few baskets were from big guys because teams know that our guards are the only real scoring threat. Nobody lets Kemba get a step anymore and other than that based jumper from Biz, I cringe every time someone starts to post up.
Haywood looks like he just throws the ball at the rim as hard as he can lol
Totally agree on Haywood. I am genuinely surprised at the state of him. I didn't peg him for much but I did think he'd be a solid mental crutch for the team. At this point, he seems to have completely dissolved into the background of a bad season.
Agreed on the post up comment - too bad we have zero ability/productivity there.
video?????? anybody?
