Obviously I'm no trade expert. The point of all that is that I could see a Gay/Cousins/Evans swap.

You take your Gay Cousins and go swap somewhere else sicko!
No way Sac takes on a contract like Gay's and they are pending sale. Memphis won't lose much if they trade for Evans, he would come cheaper than Rudy and leave them under the luxury tax. It could be a coincedence but why was Cho at the game last night. He said it was for some international team or something that they showed them at his house the night before and at the game last night but I think we are working out something with them and Memphis. I don't see them trading Cuz but there are some big men coming up in the draft that just might catch their eyes with out the head case. Our pick from Chicago could help them ease into that transition. Here is a way to get that pick back for them . http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=bzv9yxd. Maybe this gets us our pick back and then http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=a23apje. Our lineup would be dangerous next year
Kemba, Sessions
Gay, Brooks,
MKG, Taylor
Humphries, Mullens, Warrick
D Cuz, Haywood
Maybe even swap Warrick for D Williams in Minny.
And these posts are exactly the reason why I (and others that I know of) avoid this site. Rather than giving any feedback about my post I get a snarky insult and a couple middle school-level immature responses. I don't care if you say my trade was ridiculous and is bad value but to take it as far as making an insult and completely ignoring the entire thing to make an immature remark and call it a "response" is ridiculous. Say it was a bad trade. Say you don't like Al Jefferson. Say whatever. But at least acknowledge and respond to the main point of the post (Evans/Cousins/Gay trade [I even set that one up for you... Evan's cousin's gay...get it?]). Whatever.
$10 says someone makes a response alluding to me being "sensitive" or whatever. But the fact is, I like to go to forums to talk basketball and make well-thought arguments. Unfortunately, BCP does not offer that it seems.
Well i might have made a snide remark about your trade because i thought it was pretty ridiculous. Trades like that only happen on 2k. However, every single thing i said after that was completely logical and basketball related. It's a forum. People are gonna make jokes. If you wanna be serious all the time go to school for sports management and work in a front office. Just sayin....
Jeez somebody remind me not to ever make a joke with Mr. Poopy Pants over here!
I wasn't making any sort of remark towards the idea of the trade, you're getting enough discussion on that as it is. I just saw Gay Cousins and couldn't help myself. You can always ignore the posts you don't like.
As for those "well thought out arguments" I can count on two hands how many posts you've made where you don't make an argument, but rather some "snarky" remark to the obvious notion that Wayne Ellington is a better player than Hendo. Don't see me getting mad about it.
Go up to the Strom and blow some steam off or something. No sense in getting all wound up because somebody made a joke.
#! Love has stated he wants out more than once , #2 in my post i was talking about the Portland and the Pistons picks . #3 Love being out at least 8 weeks assures us a top 5 pick of our own , Shabazz then is not out the question ?? As far as Williams i think IS more suited to play the NBA 3. If we aimisty TT .. Milsap comes into the picture . Kemba and Love is two damn good pieces to build around . And its no reason a ineup like that couldn;t compeat.
Though D Cuz or another big may be in thair plans. One thing for sure Jordon and Cho wants a scoring rebounder . And Cho isn't going to go after a wore out 2nd rate player to fill that need. and i feel a rookie big in this draft isn't the answer . Cho has said as much .
I love how every trade ever proposed on this forum via trade machine has Bobcat + wins with Hollinger's analysis and - wins for every other team involved in the trade.
99% of the trades involve us sending expiring players (usually with + value in terms of cap space, but - value on the court) and draft picks (to compensate for the - value) in return for decent players on big contracts and possibly one good player. It's no secret that the only valuable assets we have right now are cap space, expiring contracts, and draft picks. It's also no secret that any player coming from another team is going to likely be better than what we currently have. But other teams may want to get rid of them because of their massive contracts (Rudy Gay for example).
Here at BCP there are more gigabytes of data and quality basketball discussion on the bobcats than anywhere else on the internet including bobcats.com.
We've been discussing the bobcats since jokers like Tamar Slay and Bernard Robinson were all we had to talk about. With that being said, we also enjoy a good laugh. If you don't have a sense of humor as a Bobcats fan then you will certainly drive yourself crazy. Jokes are not a bad thing....
And gay sessions is funny. Not as funny as gay love but it is funny nonetheless.
