I saw this video before and I think Gay is going to be a star in the NBA with age he will gain that killer take over a game attitude like Lebron got in his second year and Kobe in 2002.
Its impressive and it shows his athleticism, but it doesn\'t show anything that seperates him from 75% of the rest of the players in the NBA. For the most pat, every small forward in the NBA is a world class athlete, that can run like a deer and jump out of the gym.

I doubt that 75% of the players in the NBA have Rudy\'s athletic ability. If you wanted to rate him on pure athleticism, somebody like him will probably in the top 2% or 3% of pure ATHLETES in the NBA.... By the way, nice avatar. ;)Quote:

Rudy Gay needs a Jordan to play alongside. What\'s my point? Gay would be a great small forward to a superstar Shooting Guard like Pippen was to Jordan.Quote:

Gay is not a 2 and will never be a 2. He and Gerald Wallace play the same position. What? Is he going to back up Wallace?
I have never disputed Gay\'s talent. He doesn\'t satisfy the Bobcat\'s need for a shooting guard.
If they work out Rudy Gay ( or Adam Morrison for that matter ) and he is way better than Brandon Roy, then they need to draft him instead of settling for a position of need. Once they invest a draft pick and a contract on him, then they\'ll be obligated to find a way to get him on the court. If we could deal with Felton playing shooting guard most of last season, then I\'m sure we could deal with either Gerald Wallace or Rudy Gay playing the 2, while the other plays 3.
