Hell yeah we\'re going to the playoffs this season! Theres no doubt in my mind that if the Bobcats stay healthy and Raymond plays like he did the second half of last season that the Bobcats will no doubt see postseason play.
If you look at it closely, There aren\'t eight teams in the east that are more talented than us.
If Wallace, and Okafor can stay healthy most of the season I say we get atleast the 7th seed. We have too much talent on this team to not make the playoffs.
Felton
Wallace
Morrison
Okafor
Brezec
I\'d say thats a good starting 5 to make the playoffs
8th seed is possible without injurys I might add.
Felton is so confident, but he had made the exactly same statement last year, just ignored the possibility of having a season ruined by injuries. So, he added this year that factor to his statement.
I feel that this season will be something special. We have a group of youngsters, just need a experienced former-star(you know what I mean :))
I just found [url/sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?page=nba2010_breakout]this link from ESPN[/url]. They are predicting Raymond Felton and Gerald Wallace to have breakout seasons this year. If thats true, then its one more reason that we should make a playoff run.
I think that we have the talent to go the playoffs this year, but the thing that concerns me is our coaching. Bernie Bickerstaff used some real strange player rotations last year. I can count 10 times where we had a hot player, then he would pull him out of the game for the next 10 or 12 minutes and by the time they got back in they had cooled off and we were out of the game.
