I tried my best to keep an open mind... But 48 game minutes into the regular season, I\'m ready for us to have a real coach. Hes a good GM, but his coaching and BK lovefest has got to go!!!!
Who\'s with me??????????

Hell yeah I\'m with you I\'m tired of Felton playing off the ball when he is running the point we look like a different team. Remember those games when Ray would take over a game hell he dropped 31 on Steve Nash last year as a rookie, Felton earned his spot but he seems like he still doesn\'t know his place on the team because of Bernie.
you know djack.... i felt the same way at the game last night.
i like bernie as a PR guy, a GM and a person for that matter(not that i know him). But last night i was dying. i know he lost Crash last night early and that changed his game plan im sure. But some of the combinations i couldnt even get in my head.
Bernard Robinson played for the entire 3rd Quarter and much of the 4th
look at the depth chart of minutes. othella, ely, and voskul all had under 10 minutes of PT. Why does he love going small ball so much.? i think our big guys handle themselve quite well down low, why does he not use that more.
i like the guy and maybe its too early to drop him, but its never to early to start looking.
Bernard Robinson getting 17 minutes was puzzling. Guys like B-Rob that are basically 11th or 12th man on the team should only get those kind of minutes if they\'re playing well and producing on the court. If they\'re stinking the place up (like Bernard was), then they should get pulled after 3 or 4 minutes.
Bernie sticks wih his favorites through Hell or high water.
If we have a quick alternative to replace Bernie, let\'s fire him. But who is the guy? Adelman? Brown? Montgomery? Again Tubby?
At the end of the season, Bernie will step down. We need to be a little more patient.

I agree we could have used Harrington or Ely who is a good post up scorer rather than Robinson. It was killing me and I was just looking over the stats!!
I like Bernie as the coach for the 1st two years, but having Felton playing off the ball and playing over the hill (BK) no real future with the team guys is frustrating. We\'re supposed to be building off of last season (when Felton won like 4 of the last 5 even with injuries).
I think Bickerstaff is holding us back. Just pray to god not to get Larry Brown...however he was successful with college kids so with the young players it may work....
Id like to see BK as the sixth man, i think the guy is pretty freakin good and would make a run at 6th man award. i think thats where he would shine.
And larry brown has done nothing but harm the teams hes coached so far. he won at detroit, but that team could win without a coach. he just rode it to victory.
id like to see a college coach try his hand in charlotte. We have a young team with players who loved the college experience and would probally gel quickly and effectively with a college coach... any ideas on who we could see in Orange next year?

You\'re right, Brevin Knight could be the 6th man of the year, but as long as Bernie Bickerstaff is on the sidelines, then Brevin is going to be chewing up 30 minutes a game at the PG spot, forcing Ray to play out of position which causes Adam Morrison to lose minutes on the court.Quote:

Him getting the starting PG spot causes a negative trickle down effect.
After seeing how Bernie coached the 4th quarter of last niht\'s game against the Grizzlies, I think that Bernies coaching days are numbered. Supposedly Michael Jordan truly has authority over basketball decisions and he couldn\'t be happy seeing:
* Ammo not getting the ball in the 4th quarter after being on fire the first 3.
* Sean May not getting minutes in the second half even though the Bobcats were in dire need of post scoring.
* Raymond being forced to play out of position.
