Maybe. LB has lots of experience, both with winning and losing teams. He might be the safest choice for a new bobcats coach
i would love him to be our coach, he didn't do so hot in new york but i wouldn't mind giving him a second chance
The train wreck that Larry had with the New York Knicks last season makes me real nervous about adding him. I'd prefer someone younger and a little bit more sane.
3 words.
New York Knicks.
Larry Brown is NOT the guy.
While he has previous college aged kid tutelage (Kansas) he is too anal retentive.
I like some of his track record, hate others.
HATE IT... i want to go in a completly opposite direction. PLEASE MJ NO. BAD NEWS
i mean he is not the worst option but id like to see something else.
I'm with Mustachio. I don't think bringing in Brown would help us long term and would in fact hiinder someone like CrashQuote:

I never want to see Larry Brown as the head coach and see him trade Ray+Adam to Clips for Sam Cassell+Cuttino Mobley.
It sounds like LB is maneuvering for the job:

So saying 'no' to him would be almost impossible for me, just because it would be hard for me to say 'No' to him about anything. But I haven't heard anything from him and I have no idea what my future holds."
Give it time, L.B. Give it time.
It won't be long before Brown gets a phone call from Jordan. The public will be told there's a short list of candidates. But there's only one on that list. Because of Dean Smith, Roy Williams and the rest of that contingent from Brown's alma mater - the University of North Carolina - the job will belong to Brown, if he wants it.
