How to rip youtube videos to avi

Ziggy, I know this will help you and I'm certain it will help others. Ok.

1. Find the video of choice to rip. In this case, I'm going to use http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IuZmkXiYBA

2. Go to this site: http://www.ripzor.com/youtuberipper.html to rip the video to .flv : remember to follow instructions on how to save the file!!

3. Use a program (I've use a program called YouTube FLV to AVI converter Pro) which I personally torrented it and got the full version, but you can get the trial here: http://www.softviewer.com/download_d...p?softid=36198

4. Follow instructions on converting the file and voila! You now have a .avi file of all your fave youtube files.

I have a plugin for Firefox. So much simpler.

Nice... I think I'll give it a try. And I'll give that Firefox plugin a try too.
