Who do you think we'll get to fill it? I was thinking that we'd bring in Boykins... And I'd love that!!! But, our front office seems so unpredictable now, it's hard to have any kind of idea of what's going on behind closed doors.

You think the Bobcats front office is unpredictable? You ain't seen nothing 'til you check out my Astros and new GM Ed Wade! HOLY SHIT!!!!! Not sure I'm going to recognize my boys this upcoming April, but after the last two lackluster seasons, that's not necessarily a bad thing :g: All these moves might backfire, but at least he blew up the underachieving Tim Purpura-built club!Quote:

I still think we should add another big but now I'm also comfortable with Boykins. I don't trust neither Hollins nor Davidson or undersized Harrington as frontcourt backups. There should be other options, do you have any in your mind?
This open spot is the real profit of this trade, as mentioned by someone else in this forum (I apologise from him/her I don't remember nickname :( ). We should use it efficiently.
So, clearly we're going to start Oak and Nazr together. We'll probably still send Jermareo back to the D-League soon. However, we've hardly used the kid and don't rely on him at all. Thus far, we've had plenty of stretches where we've gotten by with Hollins playing with Mek, and recently the Big OH subbing in for Mek. With Nazr coming in, I think those two might be sufficient (a word that frightens me to say with this team) in back-up roles. However, our scoring has been as solid as Jell-O. Would another big man be the answer? Maybe, but really I think we'll grab Boykins to be that spark. JRich is all over the place, and lately Carroll's been off (mostly because the other team knows EXACTLY why he's in the game). Boykins can score and handle the ball when Felts needs rest.
I have strange vision of the Pistons getting rid of Primoz and us signing him right back. 8)

Now we have an empty spot again, so I dug deep and revived this topic. Actually I was thinking about not signing anyone. But now we're back in the playoff race, we need to have more depth for both the rest of the regular games this season and a potential berth.
In my opinion we should go after big men this time, and we have limited options, probably nothing but out of D-League. What are your opinions, maybe we make the board sign the player we want again!! :D
