I don't like it. I admit that Bargnani would be a significant scoring upgrade, but he isn't a fraction of the player that Emeka is defensively
I think this is just a rumor and nothing will ever come of it.
Do you really think WFNZ, during Packers show would report a Bobcats rumor? Who tipped them off? I don't believe it.
Do it! I love Bargs....He would fit great with J-Rich/G-Wall/Morrison etc etc
I dunno, I don't like the idea of getting Bargnani in place of Okafor. It's definitely an Offense for Defense trade. Also, it doesn't work in the trade machine, for what that's worth. Parker and Bargnani together make over $9million, whereas Mek makes $5.
If we add in Matt, the deal works, but I'm not sure I like that either.
It would work for Okafor and Othello to Toronto in return for Bargnani and Parker. You get a starting 4 and a terrific backup 2 to back up J-Rich. That opens up to trading Carroll. *If we could somehow swindle Toronto out of their 1st rounder also, I'd absolutely love it. I think Bargnani will be a really great player one day very soon.
i say no. theres a reason they want okafor and are willing to give up two players for him.
Mek is good. you really cant base our players performance fairly with the coaching they recieve. they have all had 2 below average coaches who have no system and no concept of scheming.
Ever since about 3 weeks ago when Mek started trying to dunk on everyone, i have been so happy. thats all i ask of him. play with fire and desire and he will be a great talent. i wouldnt trade him for many players in this league if he keeps it up. NOT TO MENTION regardless of what you think of him the man is a double double machine.
