Mmm... probably good for both teams. Minnesota needed another big more than another guard. They still get a great shooter in Miller who can play the 2 or 3. Love should help open things up more for Jefferson, but I wonder how long they really want to play Jefferson at C.
As for Memphis, they take on Walker's contract, but they get an electric player to play alongside Conley and Gay. Memphis needs some electricity badly after the Gasol trade, so this was pretty good for them.
OJ mayo + rudy gay = exciting team in memphis...
oh yea, and most importantly, no more gay-love ties i guess

It can't be said enough, that gaylove is just not NBA appropriate and had to end; sad as it is.
I think both of these players, Love and Mayo, are future stars and I look forward to watching them no matter where they play.
As for Mayo, this is a blessing for him I think. At Memphis he can look forward to being sold to a large market team in the short term; rather than being ground down in Minny for 10-15 years before finally being traded to an instant Playoff Champion.
