Alan has helped me with a problem that I was having with my tickets. I thought that he went way out of his way to make sure things were taken care of.
Sounds like I am beating the same old dead...

I was at Sugar Mountain last week and could listen to WFNZ without any problem. They have a great HD signal on 97.9-3 FM. It should easily cover the Charlotte area.

A friend of mine got this response from Charter.
