Absolutely it should. And that's why I don't understand people getting excited about this coaching search. The EXACT SAME PEOPLE who hired Dunlap 10 months ago will be picking the new coach.

The problem is...the same group of guys that hired Dunlap last year are in charge of hiring the new coach this year. So it's hard for my expectations to be set particularly high.
