That does seem a bit odd that it wouldn't go to everyone (I thought similar to what Adam42R suggested that they probably went out in waves) and I would think the demographic responses would be tied...

Are there any other season ticket holders on here who haven't received the survey? I got an email saying that a survey was coming but I only got the demographic one, not this in depth one.

I know of two people who would quit getting their tickets (each has two season tickets). There may not be many, but there are some who felt betrayed by the Hornets and wouldn't associate with them.

While a team can have 15 players on the roster, they can only make 13 active - so if a team has 15 (like we do) then 2 players must be inactive each game.
