Bo Kimble?

Does anybody on here remember the 1990 Loyola Marymount team and teammates Bo Kimble and Hank Gathers? Does anybody remember Bo getting drafted by the LA Clippers? I don't know what happened to Bo Kimble as a pro being that I did not really follow him as a pro.

Was Bo Kimbles short run in the NBA due to him being injured or did he suck as a pro?

You could replace Bo Kimble with a number of names that disappeared after being drafted by the Clippers.

Apparently, Kimble had a lot of injuries and never panned out.

I kind of figured it was more or less injuries but I found it peculiar how Kimble just quit the NBA after three seasons. He was with the Knicks and was waived and never tried to make an NBA team again.

I can only wonder what Kimble could have done if he would have had D'Antoni who runs a similar system to Paul Westhead but better suited the NBA than what Westhead had.

I was a huge fan of both Bo Kimble and his friend Hank Gathers. I always felt that given the right situation both guys would be solid pro's. Hank never got the chance and poor Bo Kimble became a Clipper.

I was looking at all the lousy picks of Clippers past but also found it amusing how many pretty good players they drafted that went on to success elsewhere.
