They wouldn't do that. They wouldn't want Diaws contract.

Boozer and Korver for Chandler and Law works.

    I'd do that.

Side note: Anyone else think that Nazzy looked a LOT better coming off the bench than starting this season? I liked the "pop" he brought with his bench scoring. He seems to be down a little now he is top 5.

    Default Mikki Moore

I think the Catz should pick him up. He is a hustler. That is the one thing Boris don't do, hustle. His numbers are a good as Boris compared to the minutes played. At 34 Moore would be a good pick up for a back PF. All he has to do is rebound so Jax, Felton, and Wallace can run.

He's getting more tired. I didn't think he looked very good at all vs. Chicago.

Note: Any trade for Booz must get them below the LT limit for this season else they won't do it. I haven't checked any of those posted...just an FYI.

    Kyoo welcome!

Thing is with Moore he's out til April so he wouldn't help us this season.

I think Nazzy is better off the bench also...he gives solid numbers/effort but I think he is at that 12-18 minutes stage...I think he has a few more years (at that level) but his starting days are behind him...

    Boozer for Chandler?

If this would happen, I would jizz in my pants.

    Felton/Jax/Crash/Boozer/Nazr

    That's a Top3 team, without a doubt.

There's a thread title I never thought I would see!!

Someone at RGM posted on the trade board:

    Chandler
    for
    Boozer

Utah get a defensive big to play next to the offensive Okur and a guy who is proven in the pick and roll (as he was with CP3) to run with D.Will and we get a starting PF/go to post guy.

Boozer would be a half season rental (no way he would sign here next summer) but who cares? He would help get us deep into the playoffs and would create an amount of cap space next summer as well.

    I'd LOVE that deal.

    Felts - Jax - Crash - Boozer - Diop
    DJ - Flip - UPS - Boris - Nazzy

    DROOL!!
I'd rock that like a baby in a cradle.

I agree that Diop has given us defense lately that seems to approximate whatever it is that Chandler provides. Boozer paired with the defensive Diop on the 1st line would open up our stellar wings more. Diaw would then be able to be the main facilitator on the 2nd unit, and allow Nazr to be as productive as possible without wearing himself out too quickly. Also, the trade is a financial plus for the 'Cats.

True, I'd rather have the expiring and the potential to resign a really good power forward, but it seems like every time a team has a future free agent, then people say "they need to get something for so-and-so and not let him walk for nothing."
Ha! Gotta decide which is more important! Expirings or "getting something for your investment"? (Yes, I realize it depends on the player.)
