is dante's inferno considered a rpg?

I FINALLY started up ME2 the other night and I was floored at what happens at the beginning. Heard rumours, but didn't see it coming that early. Very early in my playthrough, but very cool meeting Tali and "Archangel" again, seeing how my ME1 playthrough does carry over, the graphics and the new weapons/suit upgrade system.
And yeah, I can't believe the new DLC is FREE!!! I thought BioWare kind of ripped folks off with the Dragon Age DLC coming out so soon after the release of the game (which is why I've yet to buy that one yet), but they've more than made up for it with ME2.
