IMO it will depend where the team finishes (play-off seed)...Adelman and Carlisle (Mavs) seem to be getting the most chatter...but LB is starting (last night NBATV) is starting to get some...I think it will be interesting as the season plays out...![]()
If our winning ways continue I'm wondering what you guys see LB's chances of winning COY are? Looking at the standings I'm not seeing any other teams you could say are overachieving. Maybe Nate McMillan over in Portland for dealing with all those injuries and remaining successful.
But we were viewed as contending for the 8th seed at best preseason and look at us now. Best defense in the league, wins against good teams etc..
I think he is at least a top 3 candidate..

A tribute to "Crash"...We'll miss you Dude...
..the problem is Charlotte gets no attention. The only way he could win is to get into the top 4 in the east, and I just don't see that happening. Plus this team was good enough to make the playoffs last year, and it didn't happen so..
Its too early right now, but if we keep this up, he at least needs to be considered.

COY? Not if he keeps leaving UPS on the bench. He's dunked on someone in back to back games now. Thats like giving "lil" Mario a fire plant. I just can't under why LB chooses to leave him on the bench. Capt. Jack, Wallace and Brown make a pretty athletic group. Diaw wants to pass, UPS has proven he wants to score. It's not really a hard choice.
