Interesting. Maybe he did not know the shooting was about to go down, but fleeing the scene? Not quite sure how he escapes any legal repricussions at all from the Criminal law point of view. I would have thought some sort of Accessory after the fact of something. Unless maybe he fled because he feared his cousin would kill him and then later went to the police alone. But that does not make sense since he is being named in the Civil suit.

this is terribly old news and a story which was beaten to death before and after the draft. if new behaviors/incidents pop up then his past will rightly come back to haunt him. since this incident, he has been straight.
