Ratliff was making the league minimum $1.3 million, which lessens the Spurs’ luxury-tax bill.
Guessing Stephen Graham by the way the salaries work. I would not be thrilled with that, but it may be due to Gana and Nazr both being injured. May have been out of necessity.
