Dirk Nowitski is coming to town Monday night



We need this win BAD people in order to keep pace with the Bucks, Heat and Bulls.

The Mavs are going to be tough with Dirk, Shawn Marion, Jason Kidd and their newest addition Caron Butler, but thankfully the Bobcats seem to play UP to their competition.

side note: Any chance we could trade Tyson Chandler for this Mavs dancer below?

Both! Everything from outside was going in and they'd run on every Hornets' miss. Matrix was pushing it a lot. Haywood runs on those breaks too and got rewarded once or twice. He's got to be one of the best values in the league.

Last time we matched up pretty well with Dallas (I think it's the one where dirk went 1-11 at the start). With their new lineup, I'm not so sure but I really hope we play competitive and don't get blown out of the water.

It would be nice if chandler could go for this one. Last time we played the mavs he was our best defender on Dirk and really shut him down for a bit. Thomas should match up well with him too because of his length. Hopefully Naz can go so Theo doesn't have to play the whole game vs Haywood. The mavs have a great lineup now and are hot as hell. This is going to take a big effort even at home. Hope we are up to it.
