Not ignoring, I didn't think he was being fouled.

Of course, I didn't think that Felts was fouling D.Will the other week either.

What Felts did was blatant though - obviously, because he was called for the offensive. There was nothing left to question. He threw his arm out - like he tends to do. Like I said though, he has been MUCH better with it this season. I assume it's because he has others to take care of some ball handling getting him away from some of that up close and personal single coverage.

I remember that too. I went back and checked the play by plays and he'd done it something like twice in 6 games when you were implying it was happening all the time. I also remember you being surprised...thinking it was much more than that.
Being called twice in 6 games or what ever the numbers were (can't remember now, although I thought it was more than that with the sample size you referenced at the time) is two times too many IMO. It's one of the worst turn overs a PG can commit.

It's because he only has ok handles so he has to do things like that. If someone applies a lot of pressure on his dribble, he can panic.

He splits doubles very well though so it's weird. He just seems to struggle with one on one coverage sometimes.

    Ok then!

Rules changes have affected defensive philosophies

The way the rules are now you can't even touch the guy.

Who's questioning it? I'm saying it shouldn't have reached that point. You might not have thought it was a foul but that episode was much worse than the one Kobe did get called for right before he left the game.

    Just my opinion.

Of course the "like he tends to do" & "he's been MUCH better with it this season" kinda contradicts each other. Even tho it was nowhere near as bad as you implied he seems to have corrected it for the most part no? Even from your POV the "tends to do" shouldn't be applicable.

Same thing you said then. But this 0 tolerance kick you seem to be on is not realistic. Felton's not a perfect player no more than any of our other guys are...so expecting perfection will either lead to disappointment or an opportunity to point out every little error like it's huge.

It's especially disingenuous when the same standard isn't applied to everyone.

I also disagree on the "worst TOs a PG can commit". IMO the worst are the ones parallel to the basket on the perimeter that usually leads to a fast break and 2 points...2 of which he did last night.

One leads to a dead ball...the other leads to points. Turning over possession < scoring.
