They are running a $25 special for that game for lower level high corners, that is your best bet
I had some questions. I haven't been to a game recently and I told this story before, but last time I went in Charlotte, me and my friend bought the $10 tickets thinking we could move down but the seat nazis, I mean, ushers harassed us and wouldn't let us leave our section.
It was ridiculous. Not to sound like a cheap ass, but we're in a recession, lol. This is my team. I buy their merchandise, watch almost every game (although I have to search and refresh millions of times b/c their TV contract sucks), and I've attended games... If I buy a ticket for $10, I should be able to move down a little closer before my nose starts gushing if no one is occupying those seats.
I had heard on last night's broadcast that there was still plenty of seats available for the Miami game and I decided that was the game I wanted to go to b/c it could be big in the playoff race, plus I'm on spring break.
That last game I went to up there was a horrible experience though. I enjoyed the game itself, but we weren't allowed to even leave our section if we went to the steps and moved downward. The ushers stood there the whole game and watched us like we were animals on exhibit, lol. I thought I might need to raise my hand to ask if I could use the bathroom. I don't want that same experience this time.
Anyway, my question is, I know Michael Thompson has posted some on our board and all and has helped a few guys out on here with some perks when attending games. I may be willing to go between up to about $20-25 this time, but I'm married with children and a full-time student with my wife in grad school, so I don't really have a lot of money to spare.
So, me and my friend are going Tuesday and are looking for the best value possible. Anyone have any suggestions?
