We are sitting in 9th place playing against the 7th place Heat while the teams in 5th, 6th, and 8th all have very lose-able games on Tuesday night. By the end of the night tomorrow, 5 through 9 could look much different. The Bobcats just need to do their part and beat Dwyane Wade, Michael "Easy Win" Beasley to make it happen.

Do we get it done against the Heat?

We have to win. No other way around it. We aren't out of it at all if we lose, but it's all psychological.

We hopefully should win. The guys are more rested and the bench is playing well. Just D up well, and shut down Flash. I hope we come away with the win, because this could very well be the game that will get us into the playoffs.

It's games like this that show a teams' true colors. we have a chance to jump into 7th with a win and move to within 1 1/2 games of 5th if our competition all lose very losable games. we're at home, we usually play up to (or down to) our opponents and are coming off an impressive b2b this weekend against the lakers and warriors. critical game, though it won't end our season if we do chalk up an L. These (along with the Nets and Clippers games) are games that you look back at in April and determine where you are.

No word yet on Crash, which is good. Think the NBA would have already noticed press if he was suspended a game. I think the team has some confidence, and I feel pretty good about winning this one. But if the Cats come out flat, it can go downhill quickly. They need to come out strong from the beginning. Crystal ball says:

Anyway, don't let guys like Q Rich, Cook, Wright and the rest torch us by being so preoccupied by Flash's penetration. Let Jax do what he can and the rest cover their own guys. IMO if we do that we'll be successful.
