That was my point earlier in the thread about the 2nd unit. We were up and then lost ground there and were going uphill from there on.
PS: It would be nice to see Felton push the ball in transition more. I will say it again, his potential there in terms of playmaking has been wasted his entire time here. We have the guys to run the floor with him, but we don't seem to make a concerted effort to do it.
I think everyone realizes the 2nd quarter was the culprit and it it started downhill pretty quickly when we subbed in our bench. You were right tho...it was more everyone deferring to Jax and he was playing 1 v World. Hard to fault the bench for that (I did think their D was pretty lax)...that was on LB. Just like in the SAC game he let him pretty much shoot us out of the game.
To LB's credit Jax did turn it on in the 4th, but it's not like I want him to flat bench the guy. There has to be a happy medium somewhere between that and playing him 47 minutes and change.
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, ‘All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker
"Its okay to be bad; just so long as you're bad ass." - Keetch
Had every opportunity to win the game. Indy tried to lose, it seemed like. Stevie played amazingly well, Jax played well late, Boris had a great game, Theo looked like he was 20, and uh, well, that's about it.
Ray, DJ, LB...c'mon, son.
Well Wallace is rested on a back to back at least if he plays tomorrow ;p
oh well, this was just the basketball (shamm)Gods restoring order to the universe after that win in Orlando. Time to start a new streak tomorrow. Larry and Gerald cant get healthy fast enough!!
The back to back sickness

I think Hendo is the next MJ. Clearly already a better player than MJ was at this point in his career. Maybe better than SJack. We'll have to see but, this guy looks like 2nd GOAT (behind Allen Iverson) material to me
sloppy game (for us) IMO...it was there to win and we refused to step-up and win...poor first-half ball movement...poor defense most of the game...when defensive stops did come=turn-over from us....just a "low-energy" game from us...
I hope we bring better energy against OKC 'cause we'll need it...
A tribute to "Crash"...We'll miss you Dude...
