When Jax is being stupid and selfish it does hurt the team but at the same time other players can take it on themselves to make something happen and avoid Jax. Might cause some shit but coach Brown can straighten that shit out.

The Bobcats have allowed the Pacers to feel like a number one seed in the conference and it is too late for the Bobcats to wrest that momentum away. The Bobcats as a whole were not motivated to play good basketball. Jax as well thinks he needs to carry the team when it is obvious tonight he can not and should back of trying to. His teammates should not let him try.

Despite the fact that neither pg has played especially well, the difference is that DJ has deferred too much to Jax tonight in the same what that Felton was during our poor stretch of offense. If you just pass the ball Jax and get out of the way, he will go into "Kobe-lite" mode without the skillset.

BOTH pgs have to be more assertive in running the offense. Jackson is A scoring option and A secondary playmaker in the offense. He cannot be THE scoring option and THE PRIMARY playmaker.

When either pg has run the offense assertively, we have gotten better shots. With the 2nd unit, there has been more isolation with Jack and/or Thomas leading to lower quality shots.
