That was ugly in the 3rd. Got out great, extended it and then got raped in the 3rd. Really need to fix our 3rd quarters, we can't do that in the playoffs.

Things to note:
-TC vs Okafor matchup was always going to be interesting. Chandler won by crashing the boards and dunking everything and anything that came his way. He also blocked 5 shots which is always good news in which he was an intimidating inside presence.
-Wallace only played 29 minutes, that's gotta be good for him with some extra rest.
-Nazzy is back, giving us some good minutes off the bench
-Great game by DJ in his limited minutes, his sophmore slump is over
-22 TO is way too much, need to lower it
-UPS got minutes, and it wasn't even in garbage time

Man, I am glad Raymond hit those two free throws because Thornton came down and hit a 3. If he had missed 1 you never know. We don't have to worry about that anymore. Great contribution from DJ and Tyson. I love Jax but he has got to start passing out of doubles. Although Gerald did not score a lot, he still played hard. We have got to stop the lazy passes also. Good job bobcats!

I got home from the beach checked the score on ESPN, found it on tv and was watching it at my girlfriends til the end. Wow did they blow a lead, but great way to fight back for the victory! Bobcats are playoff bound! Hell yeah!

That game was so draining (How draining was it?) It was so draining I was out cold before the postgame was finished. Waking up, I remember thinking how it was a shame that I couldn't even celebrate a playoff clinching win because it was such an ugly, difficult, draining game, but now I realize it couldn't have been any other way. Being a Bobcats fan from the get go, we've seen various, at times violent peaks and valleys, and this game tonight was a microcosm of six-years worth of Bobcats basketball......and to do it against the Hornets of all teams, and the first win in NO ever at that.....the whole thing just seems ordained from on high.
I don't know, maybe it's cause I'm still groggy, or maybe it's because I wasn't sure I'd really see this day, but whatever, it just feels......vaguely weird....but a good vague weirdness.

Anyhow, happy to see Tyson and DJ have such big homecoming games, and have GW wake up just in the nick of time (and be the recepient of an.....erm.....generous call on Posey), and Raymond knocking down two clutch FTs when that moron Steve Martin was hooting like the game was over before he shot them.

Wow. Bobcats. Playoffs. It actually happened...
