oh i appologize for my horrible grammar skills, you see i didnt go to college and i work at disney because thats all there is in orlando, speaking of things in cities whats in charlotte, oh wait nevermind i already know because my wife is from concord and now i live in hawaii but am in charlotte visiting my in laws.
listen i didnt come on to bash you guys but you give the magic no credit at all and then make fun of my grammar with no intelecual response. its childish. go over to the magic forum, we are at least giving you some sort of credit. not saying we are freaking out but saying that you are at least a good team. but not here, just a bunch of people making outrageous claims. whatever, i wish you well in the series but i would be a little nervous if i were you, the magic always show up in big games and sometimes sluff off a little in ones that dont mean much, and guess what the charlotte bobcats didnt mean much in the regular season, playoffs are a bit of a different story.
anyhow i hope that my post this time was a little easier for you to read and now maybe you can make an educated post this time. thanks.
Calling people retarded isn't the best way to go about voicing your opinion. Especially if you're going to blatantly misspell some of the most common words in the Engrish Langrage. Apparently you're a Magic fan, and to that, it's great to have visitors. But name calling and degrading comments aren't necessary, especially in your first post.
A couple of things you might find interesting though:
1. When was the last time a team seeded 7th or lower won a playoffs series? 2007 Golden State Warriors led by Stephen Jackson.
2. What was the last expansion era team to win their first ever playoffs series? The Charlotte Hornets.
ok your right i mispeled some words, what do you want from a Marine, obviously im not the smartest fellow in the world or i wouldnt be in the marines for 10 years. haha jk. really i didnt come on here to call people retarted, so if i offended anyone with my retard comment, i appologize. second of you are absolutely correct that the jackson led warriors were the team that got by the first round but who else was on that team?
pietrus
barnes
ok i know what you are saying, those guys are scrubs. remember that it was pietrus that outscored the entire cavs bench in the ECF last year. remember that it is pietrus who for some reason, dont know why is one guy that can truely beat the crap out of a team out of nowhere. i dont even expect it but he just likes to show up at big games. now onto barnes he is just a hustle guy, not a great scorer but a great defender and will get in your face and just play hard nosed defense.
yes i am a magic fan, a die hard been one since 89, the bobcats are a good team, never thought i would say that, last year you guys couldnt even give away tickets, some car dealers were giving season tickets in a package deal with a car(my in mother in law got this deal thats how i know) but its not like that now you guys are making great strides but once again im not saying you guys suck, or im not scared, i just came on to voice my opinion on the delusions that some posters were making. its much easier to post facts about other teams than to just say yeah my team rocks we made it to the playoffs and are going to cream them. thats just silly. once again i hope for a great series and i just might see some of you at the first two bobcats home games.

i disagree, and to the mod that got on me for calling someone retarded, this is what i was talking about, no fact once so ever just some guy tooting his horn with no backup, good job you beat us when both of us had a starter out of the rotation, lets see how we do with both clubs healthy and some rest.
once again best of luck in the series, may the best team win, we dont settle these games in forums we do on the floor, so see you once the playoffs start.
You guys make your first-ever playoffs and you're already spouting ridiculous nonsense. I'm sure you're overjoyed to be part of the post-season and I'm truly happy for you. Or, at least, I was until you started taking shots at my Magic.
We have the best defense in the league and a starting 5 with at least 3 legitimate all-stars. You've got Wallace and Mad Jax. We are battle-tested and reached the Finals last year. We have 3-point shooters and the most dominant big man in the league. We have home-court advantage.
You've got Gerald Wallace and Steven Jackson. You're basically last season's Philadelpha 76ers, who somehow managed to get 2 games from us in the first round. You'll be lucky to do the same.
Please continue posting things like you have the deepest squad in the league. I need the comedy. I look forward to a hard-fought series against you guys and I hope you get us ready for our second-consecutive march to the NBA Finals.
As far as this team is concerned, since the trade deadline weve been pretty good...winning some of our biggest games of the year (LAL, MIA, OKC, MIL). We have some good momentum going...as long as we enter the Playoffs healthy (knock on wood). At worst this team will finish (since the trade deadline) 16-13 (55%) at best 18-11 (62%).
My analysis on this matchup: Its a tough call...because of what weve added. There is no real barometer for predicition, which works to our advantage. Post trade deadline - we beat the Magic w/o our All-Star and that is the only game weve played them with our current lineup (not counting Hughes).
The other two games (Nov 16/Jan 23) we hung with them only to lose close games (one in OT and the other on missed free throws). The only game they won convincingly was back before the Jack trade and most of us would point out that its a completely different squad.
We have 4 centers to throw at Howard and Gortat now w/ Ratliff's addition (assuming Diop is at least good for a few minutes) . TT is a defensive presence that we didnt have those 3 losses. Hughes warming up is a huge bonus. And, Chandler is playing his best ball of the year (awesome performance against NO).
I have been called crazy for wanting Orlando...but I am getting my wish.
This coaching matchup will be classic. Both LB and Van Gundy are media gold. Plus its so easy to hate on Van Gundy.
Larry Brown has 100 playoff wins under his belt, and has been very successful in the playoffs in the underdog role. LB = X Factor.
Im not making a prediction. Other than I expect it to be a dogfight of a series...that we can win.
