Fox Sports won't be broadcasting the playoff games so none should be blacked out. The only way you could possibly not see them is if you don't have NBA-TV, ESPN or TNT.
Remember last year they took sportscasters from all the teams and put them to doing the playoff teams. Devlin did it one year and I think Steph has done it multiple years.
