He's a 1000 times more credible than Skip Bayless.
Just watching the Cle/Chi game and JVG, Mark Jackson and Mike Breen were discussing what they thought was the most interesting matchup of the 1st round. Jackson said Miami/Boston b/c the C's fell off toward the end of the season and Miami got better.
JVG said our series was the most interesting and added that Mike Breen nudged him to mention it, lol... I found this particularly interesting considering who is coaching the Magic. Anyway, JVG said Bobcats in 6 or Magic in 7 games. He said we have the size to matchup with Orlando with Ratliff, Chandler, Mohammed and we can spread fouls out among those guys. He said whoever plays better will win, mainly between Jax and Vince... I'm liking this prediction, and I find JVG a lot more credible than most the other hacks on TV.
Just wanted to share...

I was gonna post this.....I like all the national support the Bobcats seem to be getting!

Very cool of him to say this. I was listening with him and I do not exactly agree, but I think it will be the most interesting series in the first round for sure. I think the Bobcats may lose a Game 6 at home, but I sure hope not!
I hope you guys KEEP getting all the attention. We strive off people putting us down. It happened last year: the "experts" actually proclaimed that the 76ers were gonna beat us. Then, of course, no one can beat the Celtics, away, in a Game 7. Then, who's gonna stand against the unstoppable Cavs tide? Not us, obviously.
Hell, the only one they got right was the Lakers matchup.
Im happy we get mentioned at all. Any time I hear "Bobcats" on ESPN or any other national tv channel I love it......we didnt even have a national tv game this year. It doesnt matter what they say about us though. We are in the Playoffs because we have worked hard and played good all year. If we cant handle being talked about, then we might as well just go home. Part of being a great team is living up to expectations. We are a good team....what do you really want people to do....ignore it?

We are a little bit better than Philly was last year buddy......
The reason why people are giving us a shot at all in this series is because we have one of the best defense's in the league.....wait the BEST defense in the league. Plus we have 4 centers plus 2 PF's who can put "Supergirl" on the line or get him into foul trouble by getting him frustrated. I know I and all the other experts could be completley wrong though..........but I honestly think we have a true shot. The least you could do is give the cats some respect. We HAVE to give the magic some respect, or else we will get blown out......

Hey, buddy, re-read my previous posts on the other threads.
Mmmkay?
Thug Jax is gonna disappear this series. Your best bet is to foul Howard, which is a concession that you can't play straight up.
And WE had the best OPP FG% at 43%.
And our teams were tied in defensive efficiency at 100.2.
We're arguing over the TWO best defensive teams in the league. That's not where the game's gonna be won. It's on the offensive end. Magic ranked 2nd in offensive production. Kittens? What was it, like 24th?
I have no doubt you're gonna make it interesting, but let's not have any illusions where this series is going.
[To everyone else with whom I've talked to: You know I haven't talked too much trash, and have remained respectful. But I'm not gonna sit by and let someone call me, or my favorite team, out.]
Yeah, you're really respectful calling the Bobcats, the "Kittens". No one cares about your useless opinion.
And so what if someone called you, or your team out. This is a Bobcats forum.
You seem to be really confident in your team, the Magic. So why can't Bobcats fans, be confident in the 'Cats? It's called being a fan.
So stop acting like it's wrong for us to be optimistic.
