I don't understand why people get so insultive about all of this.

When you get down to it, you have pretty much nothing to do with your sports team. So why do people like to mock and insult those who care for a team that's less sucsessful?

So many people seem to think it makes them better if they like a better team, I don't understand it, and it's stuff like this that makes me wish I wasn't into watching sports at all.

Cole, you are an embarrassment to the Blue and White Nation. There's nothing wrong with some good-natured smack talk, even if it involves taunting and braggadocio. I am a Magic fan, and do take pride in my team, but some of the post from our fans have been embarrasing. There is no reason to come over here and say things like "we win in 3". The fact of the matter is we should win this series, but dont need to rub it in there faces. The Bobcat fanbase knows the Magic SHOULD win, but they have confidence in their team, and we saw on Sunday that the Bobcats will not go down without a fight.

Smack talking is ok, but some of it gets out of hand. By reading some of the comments our fans are making you would think the Magic have won more championships in the last decade than any other team. Stay humble and enjoy the good years we are having because in just a couple of seasons (Dwight free agency) it could be right back to mediocrity.
