Definitely dont wanna be involved in any trade that loses Gerald just to put Melo in the Eastern conference and put us even farther away from competeting. But in my opinion, Gerald Wallace is anything but untouchable. If he is involved in anything that gets a top 25 player, move him.

Seriously, this is bs. No one is "untouchable" and certainly not someone like Crash. I love him and all but as Mustachio already said, if there's a chance to get young all-star talent or a top25 player in return, you have to trade him.

Pretty much no one is untouchable in this league. If we had to give up Crash to get lets say KD, we would do it. He's a great player, we all love him but it's a business and if it leads us to win more games, so be it.
