Now that the Panthers are 0-4 it raises the concern of how bad they will be this season. The Bobcats historically have been poor in the preseason, but I'm guessing they will end up with more preseason wins than the Panthers get this entire season.

I think 3 would do that.


Watching the end of the Panthers game today, as poorly as the Saints played with their 3rd string running back, I don't see any improvement in the simplest things with the Offense. Add to that Smitty being out or effected by an ankle injury will only bring more defensive players into the box to shut down Williams and Stewart.

Clausen may be the long term answer, but it will be painful to watch for awhile (the last play, which was unsuccesful was inbounds and 1 yard short of a first down, both of which would have ended the game).

Scrimmage starts in 20 minutes, I hope for.....no injuries.
