Default Bobcat makes an NBA Top 10 list

With the likes of Joe Johnson, Ben Gordon, Rudy Gay and Rip Hamilton on the list our own Gana Diop has made the Top 10 list of the NBA's most untradeable contracts.

Wonder what the writer (Haberstroh) knows what we don't saying 'There's a good chance this is the last season we'll see Diop in an NBA uniform"

And at least 7 of the 10 are in the east.

This was on ESPN's 'in' earlier this week. With Years and $$ remaining

    10. Shawn Marion 4 years $32.2M
    9. Ben Gordon, 4 years $48M
    8. Travis Outlaw, 5 year $35M
    7. DeSagana Diop, 3 years $20.8M
There's a good chance this is the last season we'll see Diop in an NBA uniform. The most offensively inept player in the game barely got off the bench last season for the most defensively focused squad in the game, the Bobcats, who topped the league in defensive efficiency.

Most veterans with a PER below 8.0 are forced to fight for the vet minimum, but the 7-footer from Senegal is due more than $20 million over the next three seasons.
    6. Rip Hamilton, 3 years $37.8M
    5. Gilbert Arenas, 4 years $80.2M
    4. Rudy Gay, 5 years $82.3M
    3. Elton Brand, 3 years $51M
    2. Richard Jefferson, 4 years $38.9M
    1. Joe Johnson, 6 years, $123.7M

Maybe only because he's been able to stay on the court slightly longer than Brand.

How'd you like to be a Detroit fan, 2 players at similar position.

So much for Joe Dumars being a brilliant gm, huh?

But I'd rather have Rudy Gay, Travis Outlaw or Ben Gordon than Mek, depending on my team.
