preseason: New Orleans Hornets at Charlotte Bobcats 10/20

This morning we have the Cool School game versus the Hornets at Bobcats Arena.

DJ Augustin will have a chance to match up against CP3. Lets see how he plays going against THE player that Bobcats fans most openly lust after. Hope he keeps his good play up.

We'll see the return of Emeka to the Charlotte area. I checked the Hornets last box score and Emeka was a DNP-CD. Is he hurt? Not enough stretching? Did the game conflict with a previously scheduled Pilates class?


The Bobcats always seem to play hard in front of the school kids. So I think that it will be an easy win this afternoon

The New Orleans Hornets

Current pre season record is 1-5
Last years record was 37-45, good enough for 11th in the west.
Record vs Charlotte last year was 1-2, with a W on Feb 6 and Ls on Apr 7 and Oct 8th.

The Hornets are on a 3 game losing skid right now, and on Monday the signed Curtis Jurrells from the Spurs and cut a center and a guard (they were cut from the Hornets so I didn’t even bother looking up how to spell their names…) so they are only playing with 14 right now.
