A message to all of the Bobcats going down to Dallas on Wednesday. Please use caution! To put it kindly, the environment down in Texas isn't quite like the rest of America. The people there are just a little bit different, Kind of like Deliverance meets The Dukes of Hazard except not quite as sophisticated. Here is an example:
Guys, Texas doesn't look like a safe place, so watch your back. Literally.
I think we start off the season 1-0, and then get out of this state as fast as we can.

Besides the paid UNC Tarheel program (McMay, Felton and JeffyPoo) have we ever had 3 ex-players from the same team before (where they came directly from a particular team to the Bobcats? when we played them and yes I know we never played UNC). Not including the Phoenix blockbuster tradse with 2 (JRich, Dudley) for 3(Diaw, Bell and Singletary) right?
We have Diop, Carroll and Najera. Even with all the trading we've made with Golden State I don't think we had 3 opposing team's players on our roster (when we played them with the above mention exception of Phoenix).

We need Jax tonight. Never beaten Dallas and if we are to do it tonight, we need Jax hitting for us.
One factor which has not been spoken about much is the PG matchup. Kidd looked old last year, and he is another year older. DJ can use his speed and athleticism and we can turn this matchup to our benefit. This can be a great start for DJ if he is up to the challenge.
I can't believe Charter didn't pick up the Bobcats games this year. I'm gonna be relying heavily on this board to keep me updated, so I hope you guys have honed your play-by-play skills over the offseason.
i like this team for some reason, we do have alot of holes most notably at center but if the combo of dj/livingston can produce we will surprise alot of teams this year. only four teams are clearly better than us on paper & if we take care of business against the rest of the conference we should be fine
