Pretty sure those are his custom Protege's (the company he owns with Al Harrington). The blue one's look kinda like the Protege LS and the orange ones may be Stealths.

He may have switched, but I know that for sure last year he was wearing Protege's, even after MJ bought the team. Specifically, Alligator Skin. Although, according to the Baseline's shoe review, he's got a few different Jordan's he wears. He had the Space Jam's last year, but I dunno what else. They get stuff before everyone else so who knows?

Those are Jordan Icons. They look like PEs (player exclusives), and thus not released to the general public but there are navy blue and white ones out there. I don't see them on any footlocker/eastbay/finishline websites anymore but you could try calling around at local spots or even Nike Outlets. Nike Outlets will have big discounts and they will ship if you ask. I doubt the shoes sold well so they're probably still out there.

I thought I saw a pair at a Footlocker that was closer to the one's Jax is wearing but this is the best I could find of a general release navy blue pair of Icons.
