Default All you trade happy people still think we should trade Jack?

The second half last night we had absolutely no offense in the 2nd half. None. Of course we haven't had the start many of us have expected, the team has an empty feel to in without Jack in the lineup. Once again, he is our LEADER. Gerald Wallace is quiet and by no means a leader.

Please remember we were 7-11 at this time last year. We do not need to panic, YET. Although, Larry does need to find out which lineups he is going to use. TYRUS needs to play more, he brings energy.

I could vent forever, but we need Jack. Remember what we were without him. If not him we need a player of his caliber/leadership. Good luck finding someone else available with those qualities.

i can't wait to trade him. he is a behavior explosion waiting to happen, he will be grossly overpaid starting next year, he is 33 years old and right now makes us no better than a 7 seed when playing at his best. no thanks.

    Chef,

We HAVE to keep him. There isn't anyone out there that will give us anything close to equal value for him. Now Crash on the other hand

stop being realistic. i know, but if we traded crash for some value maybe we can afford to basically give him away for an expiring and 1 similarly long 1/2 as bad contract. kind of like a naz + carroll for 9 mil player deal. the problem is the second we fall out of contention for a winning record (happening soon) jax will become a huge problem.

For the most part, I'm with you Ziggy. On the other hand, I'm verrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy willing to trade just about anyone to get some people in here that can put the ball in the basket. I love defense and I know LB values it far more, but if there's a major need on this team, it's offense.

This year I'm thinking both O & D are a major need for this team.

I can at least watch and cheer for a great D/bad O team; when they suck at both as we have been all I do is stay pissed off.

Hell no we can't trade Jax right now and be the least bit competitive. Besides...he has no trade value, so what's the point?

Even if we had Jack, it doesn't mean anything.

He could either crap up the game to the point where it becomes a blowout, crap the game up then get his head together in 4th and justify his paycheck, or play a solid all-around game to help us cruise to victory - which has only happened once all season.

I'd much rather have had Henderson healthy last night tbh.

We would've lost last night whether we had him or not. NO is just better and has more clutch players to take over in the 4th. We outplayed NO for 3 quarters tho WITHOUT Jax! Trade hi? Maybe.....depending if we can get something good for him. He is our leader in ppg so if we could do a deal for Mayo/someone for Jack yeah I would do it.

Just relax. I have confirmed with the BB Gods that we will win the Lottery this year and we will get Kyrie Irving. I like DJ, but Irving is going to be like Wall, except 6'2 rather than 6'4. Take it to the rim, shoot from outside, lockdown defense, and great distributor.

Yeah. It really is no fun watching this team anymore. I'll give you credit though, spectre, at least you have emotion; I'm pretty much at the point of apathy now. I saw this terrible scenario coming during the summer, but I guess it still didn't prepare me for the reality of it now that it's happening. I look down the roster, and the only players I find myself rooting for, the only players worthy of rooting for in my opinion, are DJ, Liv, and Nazr. For sentimental reasons, I'll except GW, but the rest of the players (aside from the 3 mentioned above) can be cut today and we sign some NBDL dudes, and I'm happy. At least then I'll have some guys who play hard and play together, despite the refs.

Can we trade Jack for Raja? Please?
