I think this move was the right one. I really want a great offensive coach but right now we just need someone with a different communication style. The team was no longer hearing LB's message. If Silas doesn't click with the team we can get somebody else.

Its still there, but kind of hidden. I'm hoping to switch it to some software that has better spam protection. That wiki was getting pounded daily by devious links.

One thing for sure MJ is just to damn competive to continue letting his team get embarased. Bet you MJ will be running the next few practices. Makeing changes , seeing what moves will be best . MJ had to be very pissed to fire the whole damn staff in one day. I bet you the best players will get playing time now,
