That's awesome.
Got an interesting email today about NEXT year's renewal. Seems they are serious about getting more people in the stands and doing whatever they can to help reward the existing STH's that weathered the LB storm earlier this season.
What's your plan for 2011?
Making more sales, keeping employees loyal, retaining your best customers, and/or creating memories with your loved ones that will last a lifetime?
Many of you are in the final stages of planning for 2011, either through sales and marketing strategies or the next family vacation. Here, at the Bobcats, we are no different. Over the past several months we have been planning for 2011 both on and off the court.
On the court, we are excited to welcome new head coach Paul Silas to the team. Coach Silas has over ten years of coaching experience and is the most successful coach in Charlotte NBA history. You will enjoy being part of his new fast paced system.
Off the court we are excited to launch our new season ticket benefits that are based entirely on your feedback.
A few weeks back you received a survey from us asking about your experience at our games. We not only listened to your comments, but have taken action starting with the 2011-2012 Season. In the upcoming weeks, you will receive a package containing renewal information for the 2011-2012 Season. It will be important to look for this package and act in a timely manner to ensure you receive the new pricing and benefits.
- You said you wanted the games to be more affordable to attend; therefore, we have lowered your prices by up to 20%
- You have asked to stretch your payments out longer so you can budget better; therefore, we have announced a NEW 10 month payment program.
As always, if we can ever be of service please call us at 704.688.8860.
I look forward to seeing you at the arena.

they're not stupid
they know that if Silas can't turn this thing around, season ticket renewals will go down the toilet
not to state the obvious but this year has been a huge disappointment
I got the same message but with the following benefits:
Seem like they're sending out diff benefits to diff sth.You said you wanted better deals at the concession stands; therefore, we have taken your suggestion one step further and will be giving away free food to season ticket holders.
You said that it's expensive and tiresome to find parking uptown; therefore, we have negotiated to purchase you a parking pass for the best parking spaces uptown.
You have asked to stretch your payments out longer so you can budget better; therefore, we have announced a NEW 10 month payment program.
