I counted 4. Brewer/Milicic, Rambis, and then Love. Where was the 5th?
Before the season started, I was very against the new technical rule in the NBA. It seems that preseason was a time to make a point, as players were ejected for silly reasons. However, I think the rule has benefited the league as players seem a little less likely to complain (disregard SJax/Duncan/Dwight). Unfortunately, last night the NBA saw what happens when a ref goes on a little power trip. These sort of calls were not necessary and I hope the league reviews this incident. Thoughts?

SOMEONE will pay for THIS!
Rambis was given two, dnbman.
Total joke, maybe one or two were deserved but if Mauer did his job calling the game fairly it wouldn't have happened. Inexcusable.
Stern needs to figure some way out to fix this whole situation. Maybe a Ref to ref the refs? Someone needs to be there to say "woah buddy, you screwed the pooch on that call, so we're undoing it NOW"
What to do, what to do...
I'm pretty sure there is some form of accountability for refs, whether its made public or not. Otherwise we would never see technical and flagrant fouls rescinded. I've also heard that there are refs who rewatch their games, but I have no link or proof for this.
