I agree. This team just needs depth. Bring in someone to play behind Wallace and a temp for tyrus's injury and we will be a competitive team.
• The Bobcats are 8-5 since Paul Silas replaced Larry Brown and arrived at the halfway point in seventh place in the Eastern Conference, quieting speculation that owner Michael Jordan could be moving toward fire-sale mode with veterans Stephen Jackson and Gerald Wallace. Jackson, in fact, wants to stay in Charlotte and is not asking for a trade -- despite apparent interest from Dallas. A trade to the Mavs presumably would give Jackson a chance to be the missing piece on a championship-contending team in the West, but sources say it's more complicated than that. The Mavs first have to find out if they're still an elite team with a healthy Dirk Nowitzki and with Peja Stojakovic replacing Caron Butler, who may or may not return for the playoffs. If they're not, adding Jackson and the $19.3 million he is owed over the next two seasons wouldn't make sense for either party. "He's happy there," a confidant said of Jackson. "He loves the city of Charlotte, and he loves to play for one of the greatest players to play the game, Michael Jordan."
I know he hasn't been playing well but come on people, how many players with Jax talent actually want to play here? He has not been to much of a problem off the court, it's just his shot is off, turnovers, and techs but he can't stay cold forever. Wallace is struggling but I think with the right trade to cover up TT lose, we can hit a stride and ride into the playoffs.

And this would be the trade for that http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMa...radeId=4hag2wv. Also posted it in the trade discussion thread if you can't view the players
Wallace for Murphy and one of the Nets first rounders. That would solve everything. Our starting lineup would return to the one that had the most success this season with Hendo and Jackson starting together. We have Murphy to come off the bench for Diaw and provide some scoring, and also some size and rebounding. Plus we get the expiring contract and hopefully that pick. That team would probably be better off now and in the future than this current team. Defiantly better off in the future.
That trade would be awesome but the Cats would have to add Someone like Boris for teams to even consider moving players like JJ and Thompson.
And to get back to the OP. It is nice to have a player say he wants to be in charlotte, and loves being here. Nazr said the same thing earlier, he even went as far as to say it's stay in charlotte or retire for him. Nice to hear, helps Jackson get back on my good side, but he still isn't producing. Hopefully it's just a big slump for him....until a week and a half ago he actually was producing.

So you can claim it is our best line up after they played only about 3 maybe 4 games together total. I think they played well because Boris actually stepped up for once and Jackson was making shots. Tyrus was also still healthy and giving his boost of energy off the bench. So with you logic you think we will be good when we don't have our 2 best defensive players. SMH.
Play well together and best line up are very different.
