Pluses:

We are a young team in a better than average Arena at lower than average NBA tickets
DJ Augustin's Contract
Hendo's Contract (only recently made it into this list)
Decision to sign Kwame this season
A growing group of Knowledgeable & Passionate fans
As much as we struggle, w/ Silas we have become a fun team to watch
Our Owner
We don't have our old owner anymore
In game experience is fun @ the cable box (except when we play the Celtics)
Variety of knew, safe, reasonably priced parking and eating locations within walking distince
S. Silas & Oakley make-up a unique assistant (probable future head coach-lead assistant) coach tandem

Minuses:

We are saddled with some contracts because of Larry's tunnel vision on Athlete's upside (Diop, Ajinca)
We have made below average choices with our draft picks (I have always supported the DJ pick due to having Okafor on the roster at the time of the draft, but, when you have to wait 2 1/2 seasons to be redeemed, you've waited longer than necessary).
The lack of respect we get from the Refs (I don't want favoritism, just evenly called games)
The ignorance of local fans that are missing the boat on the Bobcats because of the Arena, the name not being the Hornets, or the NBA. But then again, Charlotte area fans (in all sports) are fair weather for them most part.
The lack of leadership our Captains have shown as a whole during this season.

Plus:
All the young guys have produced this year. Even UPS in a very very small way. He's done more then Carroll. The future with DJ, Tyrus, Henderson, UPS looks bright. Even Collins isn't complete garbage, but i don't see much of a future for him. Just needs more bigs.
Lou Diamond Phillips aka Najera. I'm happy he's on the team. He's one of those guys that plays hard and annoys the other team. And Bionic Knee Livingston, has been a good back up. I think he gets to many mintues at key times. He's not going to ever be the player he was but he's not turning the ball over and he's still a smart player.
Micheal Jordan got his balls back and fired Larry Brown. Good choice in Silas (mainly Oakley) shows Jordan wants this team to win, Now.

Minus:
Capt. Jackson and his green light, Nazr for being old and slow, and Diaw Period
