Now that the Melo deal is done small trade are going to result from it. There are talks of Felton to NJ which would put Harris OTB. I could see us offering Wallace or Jack for a PG. What do you guys think will happen.
I saw that the previous trade thread was up to 41 pages, so I thought a new thread would be okay. With the 'Melo to NYK deal finalized, let the flood gates open for the next 2 days of moving and shaking. Hopefully our boys will be involved in a trade or two before the clock strikes 3pm.

Why was my post moved to this forum? It was actually about us trading.
I might start a rumor. Denver and Charlotte do a deal and as part of it, DJ will go to Denver and Ray comes back to Charlotte. In this screwed up world, something like that would just be poetic and could easily happen with the Bobcats.
This posted this AM at Hoopsworld...
Its Time For Gerald To Go: The Charlotte Bobcats are also expected to trigger a deal in the next 48-hours and the question is will it be guard Stephen Jackson or forward Gerald Wallace. The Bobcats are currently sitting at 24-32 and just one game out of the Eastern Conference playoff picture.
The Bobcats had hoped that their coaching change which sent out Larry brown and brought in Paul Silas would jumpstart a lagging disinterested club, however with two days remaining until the trade deadline, the Bobcats who were preaching "no deals" almost two weeks ago are firmly in the mix and are offering up one of its core players.
Wallace has the better contract with two years at $9.5 million per season, and is slated to earn $9.5 this season.
Jackson on the other hand, has two seasons worth $9.25 million and $10.09 million after this season's $8.45 million is paid.
The Bobcats would like to move one of the two along with forward Boris Diaw who is slated to earn $9 million this season and has a player option worth $9 million for next season.
League sources familiar with Charlotte's stance, say they want any team taking on Wallace or Jackson to agree to take on Diaw, and the Bobcats are not looking for a lot in return for either player.
The Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets have both been talking with Charlotte and have similar offers… Dallas is offering the ending contract of Caron Butler and a couple of younger assets such as rookie Dominique Jones. Where Houston's trade offer is based on the ending insurance-covered contract of Yao Ming and younger players like Chase Budinger and Courtney Lee.
The Bobcats have been talking fairly aggressively over the last week and it seems fairly clear that they will trigger something in the next 48-hours.
A tribute to "Crash"...We'll miss you Dude...
Great find! Wait and see!
If the lollipop dumps Crash for an expiring I don't know that I could ever forgive him.

Ziggy and Spectre, I totally agree. I think this will turn out badly for the Bobcats. But let MJ make his own bed. He will have to sleep in it.
