I know it doesn't make sense. And it lends even more support to Felton being traded again in the next 48 hours, but Denver coach George Karl said last night that Lawson would be their starter.
And Felton can be moved, but I think they would have to wait 60 days if Denver wanted to add multiple players with him in a package (which puts them after the season).

As for the Nuggets, well, they've loaded up on assets, all right.
Chandler, 23, has averaged 16.4 points and 5.9 rebounds this season. The speedy Felton — who, like Denver's Ty Lawson, won a national title as a University of North Carolina
point guard — is having his best pro season, averaging 17.1 points and 9.1 assists.
Keeping in mind that Lawson is Denver's point guard of the future, it's possible the Nuggets trade Felton. Karl said Lawson will be the team's starting point guard.
