Wow! I left for work and this thread was on page 3. After reading through 38 pages of comments, I'm glad I wasn't in front of a computer for the past 8+ hours. Nothing I can say hasn't already been said. Personally, I think Wallace's stock has shot up since the 'Melo trade and someone in our front office realized that a bum-ass center, a worn-out journeyman pg, and some shitty picks is not worth our time. I love the thought of trading with ATL and still have hope Houston is on hold on the other line. My true guess is that at some point tomorrow by noon or so, we will ship Wallace out with another player or two to a completely different team that has yet to be mentioned. I really think the Portland rumor is garbage and not going to happen. With Batum already there, why would they need Wallace's contract? It reeks of the TJ Ford rumor last year X 10.

SO sick of hearing Crash tossed into trade rumors every year especially when it's GARBAGE we're getting back. Joel Pryzbilla? Rudy Fernandez? What a joke that this is even being discussed with an ounce of seriousness. The only way you trade Crash is if you get a legit center for him, other than that, this guy is the Bobcats so how about showing him a little more respect and stop dangling him for garbage every other month.
