Hows bout we move this discussion back to the Bobcats Talk board? I'm clicking way too much between threads!
That said, my final take on the trade: http://bit.ly/enlQXN
2011 1st rounder from New Orleans, via PDX. Supposedly top 7 protected.
We also have our own 2011 1st.
2012 we owe the first to Chicago, lottery protected.
2013 we get Portland's 1st rounder, no idea what (if any) protections. We will also have our first in this draft.

Teej, you getting that pick info off Twitter? I see some jackwagon saying he did his own research. I thought it was legit, but doesn't seem to be.
Rod steppin up.......LMAO.
I'm going off everything I've seen so far.
From Hoopsworld on the NoLa pick:
Portland Trail Blazers: Receives New Orleans' 2011 first-round pick (top-7 protected in 2011; top-8 protected 2012-14; or two 2015 second-round picks) via Jerryd Bayless trade on 10/23/10.

My concern is since they have two picks... we could be getting the lesser of the two this year. The way the picks play out will be huge in judging this trade. Not that it will stop any mainstream services from judging the trade before hand.
Seeing that we get Sean Marks too, what I'd hope for is the following:
Prybilla retires
any two of Dom/Carrol/Collins/Najera get bough out
Leaving us with:
C: Kwame/Sean Marks/(Diaw)
PF: Diaw/Tyrus/Dante Cunningham/DJ White
SF: Jackson/UPS
SG: Henderson/Mo Pete
PG: DJ/Livingston
Plus whatever two guys we dont buyout from the 4 I listed.
I dont see us being worse off then we were before the trade for this year, and i think it gives us a lot of potential for the future. We got cap space, we got two young pfs, and we got draft picks.
