I just picked this game up to tide me over until Portal 2 comes out.

Anybody played it? Am I in for a good time?

Echo mode and the online Anarchy mode are lots of fun, ziggy. The campaign is sort of blah, though the script is hilarious (just make sure the kids are well in bed, though, as the language is quite "salty" to say the least). Not going for headshots in a FPS takes a lot of getting used to, but once you get the hang of kicking and sliding and using the environment, it really is good fun.

I played some over the weekend and you are right about the language, for example "You scared the dick off of me!!!!"

Yeah! Rick Remender is the guy who wrote the script for the game. He's written some really really good comics. Might want to check into Fear Agent volumes as they are similar in tone to Bulletstorm.

Hey Beagle, Over the weekend I had the fight with the giant monster plant on Act 4. That was insanely long, I think I was fighting that creature for about 20 minutes.

LOL Glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was doing something wrong but a friend of mine said the same and now you've confirmed it. Just finished the 5th Act last night and am still loving it and trying to do all the Skillshots.
