    Default Next 3 Home Games

    27th March - New York

    29th March - Milawakee

    31st March - Cleveland

I would be haopy with 2 wins from these 3 games but predictions this season have been up and down hahaha. Losing to Indiana and then beating Boston just tells you how much things can change.

I want off this crazy roller coaster ride. We were in 8th, then we were out of 8th. Next we're in a rut and figuring out how low could we drop in the lottery. Now we beat the C's in Beantown on a Friday night after trailing the entire game with 2 of our best players out. Then there's last night's performance on a back-to-back against the Knicks which puts us 1 game back of the 8th seed again. On top of all that, we've got rumors of lottery-pick worthy college players sticking around for another year. Madness..... pure madness.

This is what makes being a Bobcat fan FUN!! Just enjoy this crazy ride! At least we are able to discuss being in the Playoff race with only 10 games remaining and actually having a reasonable shot at making it. And if we get in and we get Chicago, that is not too bad of a matchup for us. Could be very interesting.

Great attitude from a great fan, but I just can't get into it. This insane roller coster ride since last year's playoffs has been too much for my sanity, so for its sake, I'm just getting away from it all and hope they put together a roster when they begin play next season that I can get excited about again. I'm more interested in seeing how MJ's plan for the future plays out than whether or not a group of 11 guys I have no connection to (except for one of whom I despise) wearing the jersey of my favorite team can make a playoff run. The game last night confirmed it: I was bored to tears and had more fun heckling Jack than watching them beat the Knicks in front of a packed house.

Oh, well, to take my negativity away from the great site and community that is BCP, this post'll be my swan song 'til around draft time or so. Hope the team does well for y'alls sakes in the meantime. Take care.

Even if the Bobcats keep this going, the Pacers have a very favorable schedule left.

    vs Boston
    vs Detroit
    vs Milwaukee
    @ New Orleans
    vs Washington
    vs Atlanta
    vs New York
    @ Orlando

I'm pulling for them even if it's a first round out the Bobcats need as many national games as they can get, and some more playoff experience can't hurt.
Cheering harder for the Hornets to lose than the Bobcats to win, just like the good old days.

    Its not that favorable.

Yes there are a lot of home games but Boston, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and New York are all going to be tough for them. Not to mention they havent played Detroit well this season. Then their away games, at NO, and at Orlando are going to difficult. Plus, its the Pacers, anything can happen.

Yeah, my foot is squarely in my mouth. Tonight is another big must win, gotta keep Milwaukee at bay, even though they have a hard schedule going down the stretch. A 2 game lead over them would be huge. And yeah, you know Boston is going to be hungry after we beat them. Detroit just beat them pretty well, Milwaukee will treat their matchup as a playoff game. Going on the road to NO when they're fighting for seeding will be huge. It's conceivable they could lose their next four easily. You have a rookie coach and a young team who hasn't been in a playoff race in Indiana, so I agree that anything can happen.

But, WE have to control our own destiny. If we win, we should be in, plain and simple.
