I've always liked Kwame and believe he's unfairly criticized in general and also on this board. Sure he's got bad hands and doesn't have the highest BBIQ but he really is a solid player in the league. He's got a big frame and can hold his own in the low post and has an underrated offensive game. Kwame's biggest flaw imo is that his confidence was irreversibly killed by the pressure of being the number #1 draft pick and having to play for such a demanding boss in Washington (MJ). I think he struggles with an identity now (think about Perkins defensive leader identity with the Celtics) and playing with the right team could really help him improve.
I'm curious if anybody throws a decent sized deal at him this summer (or whenever the lockout is over). He's a solid center on a fringe playoff team and an excellent backup on a contender. If I'm Miami or Orlando Im trying to get him this offseason. He'd be a great fit in Miami imo because he can gain some confidence playing with 3 All-Stars. I think he could get a little swag with playing with those guys.
